Data we process
This website has no forms and requires no registration. We only process the data you choose to send us by email, such as your name, your email address, the content of your message and any attached documents.
We use this data solely to answer your enquiry, assess a possible collaboration or acquisition, and follow up on our correspondence.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. On every visit, the host automatically processes technical data required to deliver and secure the website, such as the IP address, the date and time of the request, the page viewed and the browser type. We do not use this data to identify you.
Vercel servers may be located outside Switzerland, in particular in the United States or the European Union. Where data is transferred to a country without an adequate level of protection, this takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools that process personal data. Fonts are served from our own servers, without any connection to third party services. No cookie banner is therefore required.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or rent your data. It is only shared with the service providers needed to operate this website and our email, or where required by law.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain our correspondence, and thereafter for as long as statutory retention obligations require.
Your rights
Within the limits of the revFADP, you have in particular the following rights:
- the right to access the data concerning you;
- the right to have inaccurate data corrected;
- the right to have your data deleted;
- the right to object to processing and to request a copy of your data.
To exercise these rights, write to info@peak-motion.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Security
This website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.

We may update this policy at any time. The version published on this website applies.
